FASS Real Estate Services Georgia was founded by siblings Akil Hameed and Jazmeen Hameed, combining decades of real estate, business, community development, and leadership experience to establish a full-service real estate platform serving Metro Atlanta and communities throughout Georgia.
As Project REAP alumni and HBCU graduates, Akil and Jazmeen bring a shared commitment to professional excellence, economic opportunity, community development, and creating lasting value through real estate.
Akil Hameed, MBA | Founder & Broker
Akil Hameed is a seasoned real estate executive, entrepreneur, and industry leader with more than 20 years of experience in residential and commercial brokerage, property management, development, affordable housing, and real estate consulting.
As Founder and CEO of FASS Real Estate Services, Akil has helped grow the company into an integrated real estate services firm representing property owners, investors, developers, businesses, institutions, and communities.
A graduate of Florida A&M University and Project REAP, Akil has also held numerous leadership positions within the REALTOR® community at the local, state, and national levels. His approach combines real estate expertise, business strategy, community impact, and a commitment to creating opportunities through responsible real estate investment and development.
Jazmeen Hameed | Co-Founder & Broker
Jazmeen Hameed brings extensive professional experience, relationship-building expertise, and a strong connection to the Atlanta community to FASS Real Estate Services Georgia.
A graduate of Clark Atlanta University and Project REAP, Jazmeen's Atlanta roots and understanding of the market help strengthen FASS's ability to develop meaningful relationships with property owners, investors, businesses, institutions, and community partners throughout the region.
As Co-Founder of FASS Georgia, Jazmeen works alongside Akil to advance the company's presence and its commitment to delivering residential, commercial, property management, consulting, and development solutions throughout Georgia.

LaToya Edwards | Broker
LaToya is an experienced real estate broker with a career spanning residential and commercial sales since 2012.
She has represented buyers and sellers throughout Georgia and assisted clients purchasing property in Tennessee, Florida, and Ohio.
After founding and operating her own brokerage in 2021, LaToya brings valuable experience in brokerage leadership, agent support, and business development to her new role as an Associate Broker. She will also lead agent recruitment, helping identify, attract, and support talented real estate professionals.
Known for her exceptional customer service, LaToya approaches every client and professional relationship with integrity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
